No difference between h1 and h2 text

there is problem with the theme u using. you can try using another theme. i checked out in other forums. 3.4 has problem with h1,h2

It is not a problem with 3.4. It seems you are using a badly edited core twentyeleven theme, instead of using a child theme of it. Revert to the original default theme and see if the problem persists.
