    How GTmetrix.com or YSlow or similar tool grade your overall site performance is not really something we can provide an answer.

    But for the media that is processed with the Smush.it tool you can go to Media > Library. In the last column there will be a report of how much the individual image was reduced. Depending on the image this could be somewhere between 10 and 50%.
