No displaying reviews slider

Can you please check if you turned on shortcodes in the plugin’s settings (“Review Extensions” tab)?

Thanks this answer has solved the issue, can you please check my page because the product pages are displaying customer review count incorrectly. says (0) when there are several reviews.

Can you please let me know how did you create reviews for those products?

I imported them from a CSV. Do you think, some of the missing fields are causing this issue?

I think some meta fields might be missing. Can you please let me know which plugin did you use for import?

The plugin is called “product review im-exp”

I added all the other metadata today but there’s been no change in how the reviews are displayed

I think that the best way forward is to reach out to the developer of that import plugin and ask them to check this issue. Review count on product pages is displayed by the standard WooCommerce, so the import plugin must be missing something that is required by the standard WooCommerce reviews format.

Alternatively, you can also use the Import utility that comes with our plugin.

I didn’t really understand this article but they were able to fix this error. Could you shead of some light on this for me?
