- There have been a lot of DDOS attacks etc on banks operating in the Baltic states. MakeCommerce operates a very high availability service, aiming at 6 9’s availability. Apart from other availability measures, we also do automatic switching between open banking and bank links on bank’s own systems to improve operability, which others do not offer.
If you have any doubts, please make sure to contact us with more information about downtimes. We are always happy to help and if needed, provide proof when available.
- Creditcard claims, disputes and their fees are Visa/Mastercard official procedure, this applies for all PSP’s offering creditcard payments and there is sadly nothing any PSP can do about this.
