No docs to be found

Hi there,

The plugin and your WP.org page refer to non-existent support docs.

I’ve asked several questions through the chat of the PBS website and the only answer I got was ‘how can I help you?’. And then nothing.

If you want people you buy your product, you should not appear absent. It does not create trust.
