No download button in gallery categorized by tags

I have chosen basic tags clound and clicked ‘INSERT INTO PAGE’ on a page ‘INSERT GALLERY’ / ?Choose Display” https://wp-dev.billon.tv/wp-admin/?nextgen-attach_to_post=1&shortcode=bmdnIHNyYz0iZ2FsbGVyaWVzIiBpZHM9IjEsMiIgZGlzcGxheT0iYmFzaWNfdGFnY2xvdWQi&ref=1562934082181&editor=editor-482d2397-af30-454e-b60f-23b3453050c2. A dialog of NextGEN Gallery (Gutemberg) block is white and looks like empty (blank). I wrote about this problem in topic https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/white-dialog-which-loos-like-empty-of-nextgen-gallery-blog/ I open a source of the dialog inline frame in new tab. On the page ‘NextGEN Download Gallery’ both checkboxes ‘enable button to select all images’ and ‘enable button to download all images’ are selected. NextGEN Gallery plugin and plugin ‘NextGEN Download Gallery’ are installed and enabled.

The result is available on the edited page https://wp-dev.billon.tv/en/7385-2/. Why is there no download button on a tag page https://wp-dev.billon.tv/en/7385-2/nggallery/tags/1? How to created a gallery with categories and a button ‘Download All’ (like Prowly Press Kit)? Could you help me?
