No download from shop list

  • Hello,

    I have installed your plugin, but I’m experiencing an issue. I have set up the plugin to allow downloads directly from the shop page, but unfortunately, the button is not working. Whenever it’s clicked, it always opens the product page. Is there something I have misconfigured?

    Please check WooCommerce > Free Downloads > Settings > General > Allow download on shop / archive pages

    Enable this setting

    It should work. You will need to log a support ticket through our website then.

    I would also just try disable your theme and check with stroefront as a test before you submit the ticket
