No download happening!

Hi there….I’m trying this for the first time and i’m not a programmer so bare with me (bear?). I have the plug in downloaded on both site (origination and destination). I filled the fields out and ran it (although when it asked for “new file path” i wasn’t sure what to put since i have no idea what that means so i just duplicated the “current file path” into the NEW FILE PATH. So i ran the plug in and it seemed to be copying the current website but nothing more than that happened – it said it would start downloading to the destination site, but it never did. Any idea what is wrong? Thanks Emily
