No download link(s) in Purchase Confirmation

    Currently I’m learning to work with this plugin, however I’m experiencing a major problem.

    After the paypal payment, the download link(s) doesnt show up at all on the purchase confirmation page. Only the purchase number, amount of money and the name of the download is visible, nothing else.

    How come and how to solve?

    It also says payment is pending, its a paypal sandbox account…

    See link here, now it’s not pending anymore, just got SSL implemented. However, still no download link in the purchase confirmation? Payment status stays blank and also no payment history anymore.

    History is back, however payment keeps on pending, whatever I do.

    Hi @frankwlf

    Thanks for providing the screenshots.

    In purchase history, the download links are only be visible when payment is completed.

    As per your screenshot, your payment is in “Pending” status so the download link is not visible.

    You are using PayPal payment gateway so you need to configure it properly with IPN (Instant Payment Notification) setting.

    @pratik-jain Thank you for your reply, however I already did that. I’ve double checked the IPN settings multiple times. Its currently (at paypal) configured as: https://mywebsite.com/?edd-listener=IPN (mywebsite is an example ofcourse) and I also got the PayPal Identity Token installed. Yet no results. I’ve just reinstalled my website witouth any other plugins, doesnt work unfortunately.

    Also disabling IPN isnt working, non of the options. Maybe the Onepress theme is not able to work together with EDD?

    Still the issue, however some of the pending orders seem to be completed after a several of hours?

    Can you please provide me the exact URL of your website? so I can take a look.

    Also disabling IPN isnt working

    – Please enable the IPN and keep it active.

    Maybe the Onepress theme is not able to work together with EDD?

    – I think it should not be the case. Let me take a look at your website.

    One more thing, Does your website is in a maintenance mode?
