No downloading in Chrome

Seems like you are trying to download a file from a http source when your website is on secured https, so Chrome doesn’t let you download. Make sure that both WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) from dashboard > Settings > General are with https.

As far as I can see this has been fixed but the problem remains.

Could you please give us a screenshot with the settings found in dashboard > Settings > General? Seems like the http/https problem is not solved yet.

It’s a multisite so it’s not in the settings. All the tables have been adjusted.

Could you please go to Network Admin > Sites > Edit your problematic site > Settings and give us a screenshot of the Site URL and Home URL ? Some of the settings could be present in the wp-config.php file, so modifying the tables would not work as the hard-coded setting would override the setting from the database.

It says https:// (can’t change it unfortunately) but I also checked the wp-config.php and there is nothing for http or https in there.
