No drop-down edit fields

  • Hi,
    I cannot use the plugin because edit fields do not appear. When clicked – the arrow points down to indicate there should be a drop-down, there is none.

    In the customizer menu at the bottom of the area for your plugin – under “Get More Features” – there looks like there is a text box. I can only see the top few cm and the tip tops of blue text.

    Odd. I am using a Child Theme now.
    The edit areas were available until the page fully loaded.
    (I tried Firefox and Chrome, desktop, laptop, and iPad.)

    I’ve reported the same problem under WP 4.1

    I get the same issue even if I disable all other plugins, and I tried it with other themes.

    I notice that this problem was fixed in the latest Font Customizer PRO version, but there has been no update to the free version. I hope it is fixed soon as I can no longer edit my font settings!

    I have never used it, so I have made no changes.

    Hello, I am experiencing the same thing. I was going to upgrade to the PRO version anyway. But I want to see if this gets fixed first. I don’t want to have issues with the PRO version. Moving on…
