I’ve checked your checkout page, and all the payment options seem to be functioning correctly on our end. Are you perhaps referring to the change to the iDEAL 2.0 system? As the bank issuer dropdown has been moved and is no longer displayed directly on the checkout page. Instead, buyers now select their bank on the iDEAL website.
Could you please clarify exactly what problem your customers are experiencing? This will help us investigate further if there’s any other issue.
