No dropdown to Weather Atlas plugin

I am creating a tourism website for Lesotho. I need to add the weather, forecasts, etc for nine (9) cities in Lesotho but there is no dropdown box from which to select the cities.

If you start adding any of this cities and the drop-down does not show, most likely it is the issue on your side… then please check for javascript errors in browser’s developer console.
