No e-mail sent from wordpress site with Jetpack forms

  • Hi,
    I have an issue with sending message, I can receive the feedback from the customers but not the e-mails from Jetpack contact form…
    I already test by check-mail plugin and WordPress sent to me a test mail.

    I have also tried with other different e-mail personal addresses like gmail and yahoo > KO >> If I try to sent to me a message by contact form in the contact page, it works but from the other forms creating with Jetpack, they did not.

    They work until two weeks ago and I not changed nothing….. what happen?
    I must to contact my Hosting support and ask for something?

    Does that mean the problem is limited to a specific email address of yours? If so, could you check your spam/junk folder to make sure the emails are not filtered out before they can reach your inbox?

    I already tried with different e-mail addresses and the issue it is the same. I also check in SPAM folder on the my hosting provider e-mail panel, but it is empty.
    I just found some SPAM message on the feedback/spam section in the wordpress Feedback section….

    How I can isolate and fix this issue ?

    If wp_mail works on your site (which you’ve confirmed by running the test email plugin), and if your submissions appear in the feedback section of your dashboard but are never sent out to you via email regardless of the email address you use, it means that Jetpack’s emails are filtered out before they can reach your inbox:

    • They can be filtered out by your server before they even get sent out; your hosting provider should be able to check their server email logs to find out if the emails were blocked.
    • They can be filtered out by Akismet, in which case you’d see your submissions under the Spam section in the feedback menu in your dashboard.
