    Hi,

    We use Mailchimp to send confirmation email to customers when an order is in “processing” and “completed”. However, using your plugin seems to disrupt it. If an order started in the preorder status, no email is sent to the customer when I change the status to “processing” or “completed”. Why is that?

    We have checked this in the plugin, and emails are indeed sent to customers when orders go from “pre-ordered” to “completed” status.

    It works correctly, it could be an incompatibility with the payment gateway you are using. Can you tell me which one?

    I am using Razorpay. All other emails are coming but preorder not. when customers place a pre order he should get confirmation email.
