No E-Mails

  • Hey there,

    I just noticed that YITH doesn’t send any E-Mail to new affiliates. When I checked the E-Mails in WooCommerce I saw that no templates were created.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    If you are not using the latest version, please try updating and see if this solves the problem.

    Otherwise, can you check if any errors appear within the WooCommerce logs? You can find it in WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hey Juan,

    I updated the version, but still can’t see the necessary E-Mail presets.

    There are no logged errors that might be related to the plugin.
