• Hello,

We have started developing a couple of small but helpful WordPress plugins about a month ago. However when someone creates a question in the forums about our plugins we do not receive emails. I managed to see that there are thread for one of the plugins since I visited the product support manually but the other one has been missed by us since we did not receive any email reminder about it.

Is it a problem on our side or www.ads-software.com is just not sending email when new threads about plugins are created in the forums?

    Thank you.

Double check your spam folders. According to https://www.ads-software.com/support/users/denra/subscriptions/ you’re not subscribed to any forums, so you’ll only see emails in reply to topics you’ve started or in which you’re particpating.

    Subscribe to your plugin forums.

So we do not automatically get e-mails for threads that concern our developed plugins?

No, because most people don’t want random emails from forums.

If you want to get emails, then you can subscribe to your plugin forums. At the top of each plugin’s forum, there is a subscribe button. Click that and it will start sending you emails about posts made in that forum.
