No EAN field for product feed

    Trying to use this in conjunction with a product feed plugin (tried two, product feed pro and CTX). When mapping fields I see all the regular fields like product ID / SKU etc but EAN does not appear?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Our plugin is compatible with the Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce plugin. When mapping the fields, there should be an?alg ean (Custom attribute)?listed in the Value column. If it’s not there, the “Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce” plugin checks your five latest products when it creates the custom attributes list, so please make sure that at least one of your five latest products has an EAN set.

    Our plugin is also compatible with the CTX Feed plugin. While mapping the fields, please click on Add new Attribute then set the new attribute’s name to GTIN[gtin] and Value to _alg_ean. 

    Please give it a try and let me know if that helps.

    I am having the same problem, the _alg_ean value is not appearing in CTX Feed.

    Any solution?

    Hi @periago89,

    Our plugin is compatible with the CTX Feed plugin. But you have to add new attribute to the plugin. So while mapping the fields, please click on “Add new Attribute” then set the new attribute’s name to “GTIN[gtin]” and Value to “_alg_ean”.
