No ecommerce data is being pushed to Google. When I check, despite everything seemingly being installed correctly, I am not seeing a datalayer being generated by the plugin with the ecommerce data. This has been an ongoing issue for weeks, and nothing seems to fix it and cause the plugin to actually generate an ecommerce datalayer.

  • Same problem here. Conversions stopped from being recorded in GA 7 days ago. We can see which product was clicked and which was on check-out page, but with no price attached to it. The revenue is zero.

I managed to resolve this. There were a number of issues, though the big one seemed to be a plugin stealth implementing GA code again. I’ve been recording conversion value since getting the extra code implementation eliminated.

    Hi @alternitymarketing

I wanted to loop back here as some other customers mention the same error as you – can you let us know which plugin was inserting the GA code again, please?

    Thanks,

    Hi @dougaitken

I’m experiencing GA code being inserted on product pages, with Standard Tracking switched off in WooCommerce Google Analytics settings.

The eCommerce values coming through to the Analytics account also seem to be missing a whole lot of transactions, with only 10-20% of transactions showing up in GA. Website experiencing the issue: https://topdup.com.

    Thanks

    Hi @dougaitken,

Has there been any update with regards to this ticket?

I’m still only seeing less than a quarter of transactions tracked within Google Analytics, which is quite frustrating.

    Thanks
