No ecommerce data

I have the same issue. That’s why I reply here.

Problem:

No eCommerce data is shown in GA. I installed the plugin just the same as in another site where everything is working normal. But now I dond’t see any data in Ga in the shopping section. Only visitors, but payed session etc. But people are buying on the site.

We did a quick look at your store and observed that the tracking is working fine via the plugin. Here is the screenshot for reference.

We also did look at your store and observed that the GA tracking snippet(gtag) is not installed and due to that ‘gtag is not defined’ error occurring on every page(Screenshot).

Please check the option “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js'” in the plugin settings so that GA snippet gets installed and the tracking starts to work.

It works after 2-3 days. However, I cannot have the rest connected as image : https://i.imgur.com/Yck8KkD.png
For GA4, I configured data stream in GA admin and data arrived. So i suppose it’s already ok.
For Google Ad, i had it connected to my analytic account long before. Do i need to configure it here or are there any benefit for removing the link and have it connected here instead ?
I tried to connect the rest but it failed.

Thanks, strange i installed GTM with Analytics.

I removed the GTM plugin, and added the option. Will check if it’s working to coming days.

There are benefits if you connect Ads account in the plugin.

This will help in enabling remarketing and dynamic remarketing in your store.

In order to do so, I need to disconnect my google ads from my analytics account ?
Or can i keep both my analytic and have your plugin connected simultaneously ? How ?
