No element of WP Bakery is shown

    i’m using jnews theme gpl license version, and this theme gives option to edit or changes anything by wpbekery page builder, but I faced one issue I can’t remove or add MailChimp for WordPress plugin shortcode to show news subscribe box, I can find any option to edit this section. at last, I want to remove this newsletter subscribe box, please help me how can I do this

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
