No email after clicking “lost password” link

  • I am using the DIVI Elegant theme 3.0 and WordPress 4.6.1. for the page https://www.tesla-1b.16mb.com.
    When I click the link “lost password” on the login page, the system desn’t send me any mail for restoring the password. I deactivated all plugins, but it looks like it is not a plugin problem, because the system still doesn’t send the email.
    Can you please help me in resolving this problem?
