I have setup the Everest Forms plugin, created a form, and submitted data. The entry is created, but the email never makes it to my mailbox [I have checked the SPAM folder as well].

I installed the Check Email plugin and it works fine – all test messages are received.

Is there a log file I can check, or is there anyway you can give me a hand. Thanks,

    Mike

Had the same issue. I contacted their support team. Very kind and co-operative. They investigated. Not sure what the exact issue was. Maybe some plugin conflict or hosting provider configuration. I enable an external smtp service then switched back to php default sending method and emails started to be sent off correctly.

In any case, very nice people ready to support. Thumbs up!
