no email confirmation or confirmation in admin panel

I have a problem, when two quests go to reservation form in the same time. When second reserve after first queest the same date and the same room he receives information on the screen:
We received your booking request. Once it is confirmed we will notify you via email.
but there is not information in administrators email or in admin panel.
