    hi, I have a problem,
    despite all the settings have been done correctly, no mail arrives in my box.
    I entered my email address to try, but nothing has ever arrived.
    In the “submission” section, each submission is present, but there is no record of this in my email box.

    Greetings Antonio,

    This might be a problem related to the hosting configurations of your website. Please install WP SMTP plugin and go to Settings > WP SMTP page. Scroll down to the bottom and send a test mail to your email address.

    If the test email will be sent, then the issue is triggered by Form Maker plugin, and we will need to have a closer look.

    But in case the test mail fails, the problem is on the server of your website. Please contact your hosting provider in this case, and ask them to enable mail functions on your site.

    I’m having the same issue. Some of my forms have stopped sending email notifications upon a form submission.

    I have admin emails entered in the Form Options –> Email Options tab. They are both gmail and other providers.

    They were working just fine but have stopped. I tried removing and re-entering the admin emails and updating the app. I also tried the suggestion above too: installed WP SMTP and sent a successful test email.

    UPDATE: I created new forms to replace the forms that had stopped sending the email to admins upon submission. All of the new forms are working fine and sending emails to admins. Try updating the app then re-creating the forms.

    I updated the app and even recreated my form but no luck. In the end I had to change the email functions of my site (I installed the suggested app and followed the straightforward walkthrough for setting up Gmail) and that got it to work that way.

    It’s just bizarre to me that I had to do all of this because up until the last week or two, the send form to email had been working perfectly fine. Nothing about my server or host had been changed in the time since.
