    next Problem:
    if i chance a Status of an Appointment and i refresh the Appointment overivew Page, the old Status will be there…also i cant delete the Appointments

    Hi Christian,

    this sounds like there is some problem with email settings inside your host/site. Can you receive any email from your WordPress site? For example if you try to reset your account password, do you get that email? Or any mail?

    About that problem with deleting single appointment, do you use the latest version of plugin?

    Hi – i am enjoying your plugin thus far but am in just the starting stages of setting it up. i am having the same issue of not being alerted via email about appointments that have been booked. Any idea of how to change this? is there a check box on the Plugin that i am missing? how does it know which email to send it to? is there a way to have it send an alter to the staff member you have listed for the appointment??

    Hi Meds,

    there is field in customize tab in settings page, name of that option is :
    Pending notification emails :. So every appointment that is made from user side is send to that email address.
    If you want to user receive email after submitting the form mark check box belove that previous field.
