No Email Notification

Hello – I am using the lite version of Amelia. I cannot get email notifications to be sent to the customer or provider.
Since there aren’t many options in the Lite version I have no idea why neither the customer nor the business gets notification of a new booking. I have put the providers email in the provider details and use the same email as sender in the notification s settings.
What am I missing? I’m sorry I tried searching youtube and your other tutorials. They all seem made for pro version. But even then, I followed step-by-step.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
