No Email Notification or sending email

It’s been more than a week now that we are unable to receive any email (customer reservations) I checked WordPress, Visual Form Builder entries show new entries but we don’t get any email notifications. We will appreciate if you could please resolve this issue as soon as possible. VFB is our main source of business and we are losing it. Thanks for your support.
