    Would you know why I cannot receive any email notifications whenever I send a test order from our site?

  • Please check your Recipient(s) email is properly set or not using the following navigation under the admin panel:
    Woocommerce->Settings->Emails->New Order->Recipient(s)

    Thanks for your reply, @ukwpexperts. I’ve set it up with the correct email address. I also tried changing email address to check if it will work but to no avail.

    Any suggestions?
