No email notifications for manually created accounts /enrollments

Hello!
To summarize my issue:
– when a student account is manually created, the Student Welcome email is not sent
– there is no option to send an Enrollment email notification to the student (for the students that are manually enrolled)
I saw these issues reported on in this forum a couple of years ago and these features were considered for implementation, are they still on the to-do list?Thank you!
