    Hi guys, is it normal that when in sandbox mail I can’t receive any email even if transaction is complete?

    You should be able to receive an email. Make sure your email is working – try https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/post-smtp/ and also make sure your site is publicly accessible on the internet.

    I wrote to you on premium support. We can send email normally with cf7. Enabling your plugin and sandbox make them not working

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
