No email or customer name in csv

    Sorry for late response
    Customer name missing was my fault. Scratch that.

    Email is not exported in CSV files. Only first line of export seems fine
    after that completely broken:

    Excerpt (edited for privacy):

    7257,"Michael K.",,Completed
7258,paddy,,Completed
7259,"cordula h",,Completed
7260,"Rico D",,Completed
7261,"Andreas F",,Completed
...

    Can you please deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce and WooCommerce Simply Order Export plugins and switch to default theme “Twenty Fifteen”, check if similar issue appears or not?
