No email received

    Hi, I tried several times this plugin and everything seems to be ok but I don’t receive any mail from the form. No error is detected during the process.
    I also give a try with the troubleshooting’s testmail but the problem is the same, no email received.
    I also tried with a basic theme (Twenty Twenty) but it doesn’t change anything.
    Could you please help me?

    Hi,

    Have you filled out the email settings for the forms and will WordPress already sent emails?

    Hi,

    Yes I did it and WordPress sent emails perfectly.
    I wanted to check the free version of your plugin before using the pro version but it’s a problem if it can’t sent emails.

    did you test the mail function with the test mail from the trouble-shooting area?

    Yes, I did it as I said. I test it with 2 difderents emails adresses to be sure that the problem isn’t coming from mailbox but I never received any mail from the test mail. Even if it noticed this: “the wp_mail function signaled success.”

    Ok, please export your form as JSON and sent this file to our office mail. Then we can run a test on our system.

    So the problem came from a blank field in the settings.
    For some server (verizon), the “Send From Email:” field is required, so don’t leave it blank or it will fail

    Did you test the email function of your wp?
