NO EMAIL received to download paid version

  • Hello,
    Paid for the basic package yesterday and got confirmation of purchase and a promise of receiving a further email to download the paid package. I still havent received an email relating to this download! I have check my emails and junk mail folders and nothing there. This is very poor.
    Expecting it to [ Redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, instant messenger, etc. ]
