The plugin uses the WordPress email system to send emails. Therefore first I’d recommend checking that your website’s emails are working. Please refer to the article testing the email deliverability of my WordPress website for information on how you can test this.

Once you confirm that your website’s emails are working, then the plugin’s emails should be working.
