NO EMAIL SENT

    Hi, I’m using the free version of the Amelia plugin, if it works I’ll buy it. 

    Right now it gives an error that the mail could not be sent. There is only “PHP and WP MAIL” in the notification settings. SMTP and Mailgun cannot be selected. 

    Mail works properly on my site but not on amelia. The time and date of the site is correct.

    Could you please help me?

    I live in Turkey and therefore the time zone is UTC+3

    Hello, thank you for clearing that up.

    Please switch the time zone of your website to the city that your business is based in and let us know if that resolves the issue.
