No email sent

    Hi Goran,

    thanks for a good free plugin! coupon generation works fine, but on my site, it doesn’t send any emails. I got someone to sign up using my referral code, I have received the coupon, it’s visible on my account page. But no email was sent, I checked everywhere (also spam folder, and searching for the code using full text search – it’s gmail)

    Any way to check if an email has been sent and if so, to what address?

    Hi Lukas,

    can you install plugin like contact form 7, send some test email to yourself and see if it will send u email ? Might be server issue if its not sending with contact form 7 also. If its sending, then we will debug ??

    Hey Goran,

    thanks for a quick response! I have CF7 and Woocommerce installed. I am getting Woocommerce emails, but just tried CF7 and it doesn’t work. Going to dig around to find out why, then test your plugin again.

    thanks for pointing me to the right place. Once I know the reason / solution, will mark this as resolved with more info.

    Ok, it was an unrelated error on server side (authentication, installing and setting up a SMTP plugin helped), your plugin works perfectly, I now received the notification about a coupon.

    Sorry, the email was in SPAM but it was empty with no subject and text. It had only the layout

    I tried again and now the text is there..
    I don’t know what happened!
