    Are you using a plugin to send out e-mail notifications? If so, which one?

    yes, my plugin is SMTP Postman, I clarify that sends all the mails for each operation of: closed, response, openness, reply etc, but always sends the mail to the same recipient, which is that defined in the setting of the plugin instead of sending those involved in the debate on the ticket

    We won’t be able to help if you’re not using a service such as Mandrill or MailGun, simply because we have no way of knowing what’s happening with the e-mails. Mandrill, for which we have a tutorial on our site, gives you a dashboard view of e-mail transactions.

    Postman also gives a dashboard view of e-mail transactions, in Tools > Email Log.
