No email verifications being sent

    Hi,

    I’m having issue with email verifications being sent to my users. When registering a new account the email verifications is not being sent but I have it set up to approve new users anyway. The email to say they have been approved is also not sending though.

    I’m also have a huge issue with users not able to reset their password. They click to reset and are not getting the link to do so. It’s not in junk mail or anywhere else. Not only are they not getting the email but are being locked out accounts because they have forgotten their passwords.

    Any help on how to resolve this would be appreciated.

    Could you clarify, it these issues connected with Ultimate Member plugin, but it’s not connected with Ultimate Member – ForumWP forum integration, right?

    Hi @dylanfreep,

    It seems that the email verifications issue is connected with Ultimate Member plugin directly, but is not with Ultimate Member – ForumWP integration.

    Please create the topic in Ultimate Member plugin support. Also please check that you have an active email server at your hosting. Please try to create the user via wp-admin > Users > Add New screen. If you will not get the email notifications, it seems that you need to ask your hosting provider about email server settings. Probably you need to use SMTP or Sendgrid.
