    Hi,

    I have an issue with emails. After last update when user activate his membership he receive email, but only the pre-defined even though I have my own message. Next problem is when membership expires or is canceled by admin. User doesnt recive email either.

    Is there going to be an update to fix this?

    Hello @mil90hel,

    Please update to the latest version, 1.5.8 and try again. The issue with the customized emails was fixed and I’ve tested the Member Canceling email and it is working fine.

    Hi,

    thank you for update. It is working correctly and right emails are delivered. There is still one problem. I tested it on one account. I have canceled subscription but user didnt receive “Cancel Subscription Email”
