• I have the plugin set to just write an email to the admin when someone successfully logs in.
However, when I log in as admin for trial I don’t get an email sent as information about my login. I also tried setting it to send an email to the person who logged in, again I don’t get an email as user this time. In addition, I have entered another receiving address for the mails to prevent the error of the admin email address. This was also no success. So uninstalled again. Too bad.

    Hi,
I am sorry to hear about your experience.

Most probably the mail is going to spam. Can you please check your spam folder?

Also, we are using core function wp_mail() to send emails, if you have not received it even in spam, please check if your site is able to send emails.

    Regards

Hello, thanks for the quick reply

    My spam is emty.

How do I know if my email function is turned on?
If someone orders something in my store I get an email as information and if there are new plugin versions or an automatic backup is applied, I also get information by email. And the program “Limit Login Attempts Reloaded” also informs me if there was a wrong loggin attempt.

So I suspect that my email function is turned on, although I don’t know where to see or change that in wordpress.
