Hello @bamboovs, sorry you’re running into email delivery issues with Simply Schedule Appointments! ??

SSA sends all of its emails through WordPress (the same way any WP notifications or “Forgot Password” emails get sent out). Sometimes, WordPress’s default method of sending messages from the server means your messages show up in the spam folder or not at all.

Since we rely on WordPress to send email notifications, let’s start by ensuring SSA’s notifications get to WordPress. To keep track of all the emails going out from your site, we recommend using WP Mail Logging by MailPoet: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

Once you’ve installed and activated your plugin, the plugin will immediately start logging your sent emails. To find the log, you’re going to go to your WordPress admin panel and locate WP Mail Logging.

Now, go back to your calendar and book a test appointment. You could set the email to send to yourself. When you’re done, you can go back to the WP Mail Log tool and see if they appear on the log.

Make sure that two separate emails are sent out; one is for the admin and the other for the customer. If you see all the expected emails in the log, we recommend you check out our guide on reliably sending notifications – https://ssappts.com/guides/reliably-sending-emails/

Are there any error indicators in the ‘error’ column? Can you share what error messages are there?
