No emails are being sent through!

    No emails are being sent through using the contact form by Supsystic:

    – Sending a test email works.
    – There are no SMTP plugins activated in my WordPress.

    However when I send a form on the website, nothing happens.

    It also does NOT display the confirmation dialog as per the “Form Sent Message” in the settings, it simply redirects to my homepage – when I don’t even have that option active.

    Can you help please?

    I’ve contacted the user support directly, but I don’t think asking for the user and password details of WordPress is appropriate or needed to solve this issue.

    All the details have been provided, there are more users experiencing the same issue and the source code of the page should provide enough info about your own product.

    Can you help please and post here the answer publicly to help other people with the same problem?

    Hi!
    As we said in our internal support – you have 2 problems on your site:

    1. Error in some “wp-spamshield” plugin – in file https://www.geekyexplorer.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-spamshield/js/jscripts-ftr-min.js – try to ask plugin developers to fix this error, or disable plugin – as it can stop further scripts execution – with our plugin scripts too.

    2. Problem with your theme – it connect jquery library 2 times, first time – correct jquery library connection – is in source code around line 89 – https://prntscr.com/bguvd9 , and second time – it’s connected from your theme, and this incorrect – https://prntscr.com/bguvss – it should not be there, same library was already connected, so remove this, or ask theme developers to remove it.

    Once it will be resolved – our plugin will start working perfectly.
