    Hi there,

    I’m still in test mode/sandbox, but when a subscription is selected and paid for as a customer would do, I’m no longer receiving payment receipts via email. The site owner gets notifications, but the customer emails aren’t working.

    It was randomly working before, some emails came through, some didn’t. Now, nothing is coming through. I’ve tried different email addresses, different devices, incognito mode, etc. Is this because I’m still in test mode?

    If not, it’s probably something that I’ve done, but I don’t know how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Megan,

    can you please install an email log plugin and test again and see if the email is being generated, but not sent by the server?

    Hi Paolo,

    It took me a while, but I finally got it working! Thanks for directing me to an email log plugin! Didn’t even know that was a thing ??

    The problem had nothing to do with your plugin GetPaid. The plugin is working great, thank you to all of you working on it!

    It turns out, I needed to set up the SPF/DKIM/DMARC records for the domain, verify the domain to google and correctly configure a few things between my client’s private email and gmail redirection setup, etc.

    Then I setup and activated the plugin ‘Post SMTP’. Now things are coming in straight away without any problems and I have a log to verify that.
