No emails sent

I just created a form and everything is working well except that the admin and the user are not receiving emails.
I can see the submissions on the submission page
I’ve tried multiple email addresses in the email from address and I have an email form for the user with “Is this an email address?” and “Send a copy of the form to this address?” both selected.
I really don’t know what else to try…
