no emails sent to admin and to subscriber

Dear pluggin supporter,
I instald the plugin on 6 march 2020 and have made some tests with the pluggin 100% success – manual approving members.
I’d like it very mutch because is light, simple and very suitable for my purposes.

The only action i did was the cleaning some pluggins from my site that i don’t intend to use.
Now, the admin do not receive any email notice for registration as well as the subscriber.

i have read very carefuly all ritten in the forum and documentation.
i added members in wordpress and the admin and the member receive their emails.
debbug option in pluggin is ON and there was written all actions i made as user and administrator with SUCCESS.
