No entries created

Have a strange problem. A form I created 6 months ago works just fine. It was the only form I was using. Now I need another form, but no matter what I try, with any new form created the content does not appear in Entries on submission, and no Thank You message appears as set. (using Free version, so no Compliance settings are in action).
