No entries/success message

Hello,

For a few hours I have been researching the forums on how to fix the entries from not showing up. I saw a few others had this issue a while back with the wp_cf_form_entries not appearing in the DB. Mine contains this table but it does not save entires. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting all the data, re-importing the data. Tried also other templates for the form but it does not still save any entries.

I have also noticed that there is no success message after submitting the entry so this may have something to do with it?
