    1 – When someone enters the wrong captcha, there is no message to tell them to re-enter it.

    2 – Also, on the home page (click “email us” button), when someone enters the wrong captcha, the flyout window closes and the user never gets a chance to re-enter the captcha.

    Hi,

    Please, note that we have tested the form that you have in the mentioned URL the captcha field is working correctly. and we receive the error message when entering incorrect security code.

    Regarding the issue with the captcha on the home page form, please note that the issue is coming from the pop-up where the form is placed. It is not related to the form.
