No Error Message when API Rejected Call Masking Phone Number with Regex

  • My form still redirects and shows a success message even if the API has rejected the call. Shouldn’t it show an error if the API does?

    I have added a phone and text field.
    Currently the phone imports to mail chimp in the format
    (how they entered it) -

    I would like to mask it and to show the mask as they type so it automatically formats the input text to (xxx) xxx-xxxx format.

    I also would like the text input field to be resizable vertically, but resize: vertical; is not working.
    Please advise?
